Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and availability
  • Please notify us if you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels low
  • Music and outdoor conversations should end by 10:00 PM

Smoking Policy

  • Laurel Haven Estate is a smoke-free property
  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, common areas, and buildings
  • Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the grounds
  • Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in designated receptacles

Pet Policy

  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome in outdoor areas only (vineyard, patios, walking trails)
  • Pets are not permitted in guest rooms or indoor common areas
  • Pet-friendly rooms are specifically designated (Love Bird, Vintner Sky Nest)
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
  • Pets must be leashed at all times on the property

Guest Conduct

  • Maximum occupancy limits must be respected for each room
  • Additional guests or visitors require prior approval
  • Parties or gatherings in guest rooms are not permitted
  • Please treat our historic property and furnishings with care

Safety & Security

  • Guest room doors should be locked when leaving
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
  • Emergency contact information is provided in each room
  • Please familiarize yourself with emergency exit routes

Parking

  • Complimentary parking is available on-site
  • Please park only in designated areas
  • Overnight parking is included with your stay

Food & Beverage

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in guest rooms
  • Complimentary chef-prepared breakfast is included with your stay
  • B&B guests receive preferential bistro reservations
  • Wine purchases from our tasting room may be enjoyed in designated areas

Property Use

  • Guests have access to vineyard grounds and walking trails during daylight hours
  • Pool access is available during posted hours (seasonal)
  • Please stay on designated paths when exploring the vineyard
  • Picking grapes or flowers is not permitted without permission

Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping service not provided
  • Please place "Do Not Disturb" sign if you prefer not to be disturbed
  • Additional towels or amenities available upon request
  • Each guest door has a keypad knob entry

Damage & Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furnishings
  • Please report any accidental damage immediately
  • Smoking in rooms will result in a $250 cleaning fee
  • Excessive cleaning fees may apply for rooms left in poor condition

Technology & WiFi

  • Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property
  • Network name and password provided at check-in
  • Please be considerate of bandwidth usage

Special Considerations

  • The Peacock Suite is ADA compliant for guests with accessibility needs
  • Some rooms (Jessamine & Goldenrod) share a hallway bathroom
  • The Vintner Sky Nest features a second-floor location with private exterior entrance
