1. Reservations & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via a valid credit or debit card. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • Room rates are based on double occupancy and include a chef-curated complimentary breakfast each morning of your stay.
  • Special event and holiday weekends may require a two-night minimum stay.

2. Cancellation Policy

We are a small, independent inn, and each booking is important to us. Our cancellation policy helps ensure fairness for all guests and our hardworking staff:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
  • No-shows and early departures will be charged for the full reserved stay.
  • Holidays and special event weekends are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation notice.

We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM
  • Please contact us in advance for any late arrival requests. Early check-in or late check-out may be available with prior notice and an additional fee.

4. Property Policies

  • We are proud to be child- and dog-friendly! Pets must be pre-approved, kept leashed outdoors, and never left unattended in guest rooms. A pet fee may apply.
  • Only registered guests are permitted in rooms or common areas unless pre-approved by management.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to preserve the tranquility of the estate for all guests.

5. Smoking & Damages

  • Smoking, vaping, or open flames are not permitted indoors. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items. Associated costs will be charged to the card on file.

6. Group & Wedding Bookings

  • Guests attending weddings or private events may have specific room block policies as outlined in your event contract.
  • Group or wedding-related room reservations are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date.

7. Privacy & Guest Data

  • Personal information is used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and enhancing your guest experience.
  • We never sell or share guest information with third parties.
